It looks like something on your system "cleaned up" the installer while it was still running. Sometimes this can be AV or system policies, but there's nothing we can fix in the installer for it.
Here are some things you can try (one at a time):
* disable any antivirus scanners while you install
* right-click the installer and select "Run as Administrator" before you start
* deselect the "Install launcher for All Users" option (which should avoid needing to elevate) |
