hg has a new "graft" command that replaces and obsoletes the transplant extension. The devguide should be changed in that regard.

The disadvantage of graft is that by default it commits before you can run tests.  Recommending to run “graft --edit” would help (as long as you don’t close your editor you can go to the repo in another shell).
