Any reason not to make the name change? Is further discussion/time required, or can we go ahead and rename Rational to Fraction and rational.py to fractions.py? It seems like everybody's happy with the idea. I note that the name change affects Lib/test/test_builtin.py as well as Doc/whatsnew/2.6.rst. Any other non-obvious places that I've missed?
