Logged In: YES user_id=31435 Nobody at PLabs has MSVC7, nor time to work on this even if we did. So it would require people outside of PLabs to do all the work. Incompatibility with MSCV6 needs to be addressed too, as I doubt Guido would be willing to say that anyone with an extension module on Windows has to use MSVC7 if they want their extension to run with Python 2.3.
