At https://docs.python.org/3/faq/library.html#is-there-a-curses-termcap-package-for-python it says: For Windows: use the consolelib module. And links to: http://effbot.org/zone/console-index.htm This link is dead. Also, a quick google search for consolelib doesn't yield any good results, and I've never heard of it myself.
