Hi Python peeps,

* distlib-0.3.3 and higher now has support for windows on ARM64, see: https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/10489#issuecomment-924677949

* setuptools-58.2.0 and higher now has support for Windows on ARM64, see: https://github.com/pypa/setuptools/pull/2758#issuecomment-932874436

* pip-21.3 and higher now has support for Windows on ARM64, see: https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/10489#issuecomment-932896285

* nsait-linaro offered ci/cd services on Windows on ARM64 hardware so Python release builds can be tested and released

It sounds to me like all stars are aligned for a Windows on ARM64 release, it would be rather great if this could happen!
