The store version should be available everywhere as "python.exe", "python3.exe" and "python3.9.exe" already, but if not then search Start for "Manage app execution aliases" to enable it.

The MSI should be able to repair itself if you didn't delete those registry keys. If you did delete them, you might be able to re-run the installer, but likely not. It may be irrecoverable in that case, sorry.
