The download links are now working, EWDurbin upgraded the servers and it solved a few issues, also now when a build fail we do no longer erase the old PDF, so the links should always work.

Thanks for reporting and don't hesistate to open a new issue if problem happen again (but maybe on the https://github.com/python/docsbuild-scripts/ issue tracker).
