Poweliks is a Windows trojan:

http://www.google.com.au/search?q=poweliks

If you are claiming that poweliks was included in the Python download, you will need to give more details, and others will have to reproduce the problem. Otherwise it is more likely that you got infected elsewhere, and only noticed it after Python was installed. According to Symantic, Poweliks is most likely to have been installed by a fake Word or Excel document.

If you still believe that the Python download contained the Poweliks trojan, please tell us the EXACT url you used to download.
