The link to "The Numerical Python Manual" on the
2.2 doc page for the array module, pointing to
http://numpy.sourceforge.net/numdoc/HTML/numdoc.html
gets a 404 not found error.  The correct url is
http://numpy.sourceforge.net/numdoc/HTML/numdoc.htm
i.e. it has .htm instead of .html.
