The API docs for PyErr_Format have a slight typo
(I think) and are missing a table entry for the 'p'
format character.  I think the attached patch
corrects that, though since I don't use this
function much, I'm not sure (hence the bug report
instead of just checking in what looks like a 
trivial change).
