The Metrowerks C library on the Mac prints 0 as 0x0 already with %#x, so disable the code
to add it ourselves.

Jack, is this still a problem under current CVS?  Thought 
this got fixed already.  As noted then, an #ifdef isn't a 
good enough solution.
