Not sure where to report this. Is there a component for the bug tracker itself?

Anyway, Gmail sends emails from this bug tracker to spam and flags each one with the following message:

> Why is this message in Spam? It is in violation of Google's recommended email sender guidelines. Learn more
> https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126?hl=en#authentication

Is this actionable? Is this a known issue?
