After update python2.7-pyopenssl-0.13.1-1 to python2.7-pyopenssl-0.14-1 i have this error on opening deluge. Packpage downgrade solv problem.

pyopenssl is a third-party library. should only be used for bugs in the Python interpreter and its standard library, please open an issue in the pyopenssl bug tracker (if that exists) instead.
