Title says all, attached is a patch against trunk (2.7). I'm not familiar with what version is correct for the Python 3 documentation.

Python 3.1 is considered a new start, so there is no versionadded:: 3.1.  The directive is used for things new in 3.2 and later versions.  Thanks for the patch!
