Update config.guess and config.sub

How does this patch relate to the discussion on python-dev about libffi?
msg232939 - (view) Author: Gustavo Frederico Temple Pedrosa (gustavotemple) * Date: 2014-12-19 16:49
@r.david.murray, I think they aren't related.

What is the purpose of your patch, then?
msg232942 - (view) Author: Gustavo Frederico Temple Pedrosa (gustavotemple) * Date: 2014-12-19 17:04
@r.david.murray, the config.guess inside the root folder fixes some verifications about IBM arch, the config.guess inside the libffi folder fixes some verifications about PowerPC, and the config.sub inside the libffi folder fixes some verifications about ppc64p7.

How do these relate to the upstream libffi? I think we probably need to deal with this as part of the libffi discussion on python-dev.

Not sure why I was added here, but...

I agree with David, we need to see the python-dev discussion to its finish before we make any more changes to any of our private copies of libffi. I hope to get some experimental results from Windows written up and posted soon.

We no longer bundle a full copy of libffi, and the toplevel config.* files have been kept relatively up to date.
