Enhancement of issue3871 - part for build of core modules.

Patch in scope of 3871 is designed for compatibility with specific for MSC build installation 
scheme. Users don't like this.

Updated patch is part of support 'posix'  build and installation scheme for windows hosts. For now functionality is activated only for GNU C compiler.
