FYI, I'm able to avoid this by using "PYTHONHOME=$(DESTDIR)$(prefix)" before $(RUNSHARED) when running BuildApplet.py and $(BUNDLEBULDER) in Mac/Makefile.in, Mac/IDLE/Makefile.in, and Mac/PythonLauncher/Makefile.in.
