In the codecs module section of the Library Reference, an explanation about incrementalencoder and decoder starts with "incrementalencoder and incrementalencoder:" (both are 'encoder's). Moreover, the corresponding class name for incrementaldecoder is also referred as "IncrementalEncoder".
