This patch was sent in by Damien Miller in private
email.  It allows to build ctypes on more OpenBSD
platforms.

The attached diff contains a patch for
Modules/_ctypes/libffi/configure.ac, of course
Modules/_ctypes/libffi/configure would be regenerated
as well.
