The doc needs \versionadded tags.  I can add those after
checkin.

Should sequences in Modules/ be upgraded too?  mmap, array,
various db modules, bufferobject, rangeobject.

Travis already mentioned the TP_FLAGS_HAVE_INDEX check in
ceval.c.
