There are lots of places to ask about such matters; https://www.python.org/about/help/ has a good list of resources and, among the Python-specific mailing lists at https://www.python.org/about/help/, there are ones specifically for Python usage on macOS (https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/pythonmac-sig) and Tkinter usage (https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/tkinter-discuss).
