Is a Windows Version dropped on "normal" end of life or when the extended support ends?
Windows 7 extended support ends in 2023 (april i think).

As far as i understood it, Windows 7 gets unsupported from Python 3.9 because of code removal?
So wouldnt it be better to keep the code until the extended support of Windows 7 ends?
