This is a system I am testing PyInstaller, and the python3 version is 3.6.8.

OS-Level is: 7100-03-05-1524, but it was built on a different version of
AIX.

a) not applicable for the systems above - both are AIX 7.1.

b) the AIX 6.1 TL7 I build with says:
