Would it make sense to backport this fix in 3.6 and 3.7? As distros increasingly move in the direction of using DynamicUser=yes for most stateless services, it would really help to have that, for instance in Debian Buster (which will probably be on 3.7 if my understanding is correct).

FYI the cutoff date for the release candidate of 3.6.8 is 2018-12-07 (in two days).
