Recently, I proposed to drop support for old Linux kernels, but some people still use them and the code to support these kernels don't need a lot of maintenance. Recently, I proposed to drop support for old Linux kernels, but some
people still use them and the code to support these kernels don't need
a lot of maintenance. So we keep the code :-)
