Larry: "I agree completely Jim.  The problem is that OpenSSL regularly discovers face-meltingly bad security bugs, so it frequently pulls the "security exception" lever."

We chose to maintain our own cipher list, and so we have to maintain it.

I created a pull request to backport the fix to Python 3.4.
