We just need to use '\-' instead of '-'.
```
>>> regex = re.compile("[a-z]")
>>> bool(regex.match('b'))
True
>>> regex = re.compile("[a\-z]")
>>> bool(regex.match('b'))
False
```
I have uploaded a patch.
Let me know if this needs some tests too? |
