Apologies.

This can be simply installed by running `pip install ld` (from https://pypi.python.org/pypi/ld).

Some notes:

* I've just now started writing tests
* Haven't tested on versions other than 2.7.x and 2.6.x
* There's some stray code there. This works.. but it's obviously WIP.
* I'm all into getting as many pull requests to make this as robust as possible as fast as possible.
