The "just for me" option isn't really "just for me". I'll probably have a real option in 3.5, though it may still require admin rights.

There's no reason sites like www.portableapps.com couldn't provide true per-user installers, and Continuum Analytics and Enthought both already do (as do others - I think Portable Python is fine, though not quite up to date).

Python 3.4 probably won't be fixed. Python 3.5 might be. I don't need this issue to track it.
