Can you try?  I would be surprised if it didn't.

Okay, then it sounds like they're more like sections that fit into the natural flow of the main body of text.  That's fine with me.  I got the impression you were moving questions in the current FAQ.  It is good, though, to have the main instructions be smaller and easier to read through, with sections describing short-cuts and other non-essential info separated off into linkable chunks (in committers.rst or elsewhere).
