I think either the combined Misc/ACKS list should be included in the docs, or it should be removed entirely.  If what Meador said is true (that people already in Misc/ACKS who contribute documentation should not be added)--

Then it's not clear to me why the current docs list is meaningful and what exactly it represents.  At the least, the description of the list on the page doesn't match the stated practice.
