Martin points out that the svn and hg branches for 2.6 are out of sync.  I made the 2.6.7rc1 release from svn, without sync'ing them up.  I have no time to do the sync right now, so for 2.6.7 final (or 2.6.7rc2?) the branches must be synchronized.

Possibly related: decide whether to actually do the final release from hg or svn.
