Why is there an inconsistency in the usage of "Name Spaces" vs "Namespaces"?

After "import this", Python returns "...Namespaces are ..."

I would suggest conjoining the two words and being consistent (9.2 Title
and beginning sentence of the 6th paragraph thereof).
