The `dl` module can cause segfaults/crashes if used 
incorrectly. I recommend the following (or similar) 
wording be put at the top of the module documentation 
(preferable in red ;)

The `dl` module bypasses the Python type system and 
error handling. If used incorrectly it may cause 
segmentation faults, crashes or other incorrect
