I succeed in building python26 with msvc 2005. I create a tool to 
convert pcbuild9 to pcbuild8.

1. delete pcbuild8
2. copy pcbuild9 to pcbuild8
3. run norm.py in pcbuild8, norm.py will change the format flag.
