Please note that after the mentioned commit, I restored backwards compatibility with commit https://github.com/ghaering/pysqlite/commit/796b3afe38cfdac5d7d5ec260826b0a596554631

Now the only difference is that the implicit commits *before* DDL statements are gone. I consider these a bug anyway.
