I was trying to think of one; the only reason I can think of is if there
are any compilers out there that don't recognize "-Wformat", or have
different behaviors for this test.

That said, if "-Wformat" breaks the compile, then the configure test
should fail, and thus all should be well.

So I can't think of any issue (famous last words...)
