Here is a patch to the .vcproj files and the .props files, based on my earlier pcbuil10.patch. Mostly it is about removing redundant settings. It also adds .props files for the pythoncore solution. It also updates the readme, the env.bat, and adds the vs9to10.py file. While the latter may be out of date by now, perhaps at least some vs10to9 file needs to be in place to support the older compiler?
