How should we "redefine _NO_XOPEN[45] in the socketmodule.c
at the same position like the _SGIAPI redefinition"?

Should those lines of code be added to socketmodule.c, or
are they the source of the problem?

Is _NO_XOPEN[45] shorthand for _NO_XOPEN[4] and _NO_XOPEN[5]
or are they all different?
