Barry, this sounds like a file you weren't aware of. Too late for 3.0a4, but perhaps you can add this to the roster of files to be looked at for each release? |

I've updated the release script to at least touch RELNOTES, but I'm unsure as to what the policy is for updating the content of this file. I'm closing this issue but will bring it up on the mailing list. |
