For example, the link to PEP-340 in PEP-343 points to https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0343/pep-0340.html rather than https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0340/ and the link to PEP-288 from PEP-340 points to https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0340/pep-0288.html rather than https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0288/
