Try searching for anything on http://docs.python.org/dev/search.html
No result is shown (at least on FireFox and IE7).

This is known and will be fixed before final release.

I just tested it under Linux Fedora 8 Firefox 3 and it shows results for
the searches "move" and "rename" and got reasonable-looking results.
