As of 2.5b2, section 10 of the C/API reference manual 
seems clipped.  Sections 10.4, 10.5, and 10.6 are at 
best placeholders, and 10.8 isn't even that.  (It 
looks like they could be either on their own as 
sections, or inlined to an earlier section, and both 
places are TBD, but the section doesn't make this as 
obvious.)

Note that "as of 2.5b2" is misleading. It seems like the
mentioned sections have never been written at all.
