and fabricating a likely URL 404s.

Hmm, I see a time module (just after threading) and it
successfully points to

I sent a message to the doc sig about it a couple weeks
ago.  After not getting a response for awhile I submitted this
report.  Fred fixed the problem but probably never noticed
the bug report.
